Meanwhile, Angela would check in regularly to see that everything was going smoothly and that I liked the colors.On that note, I unfortunately decided one of the original colors I picked wasn’t quite what I was looking for, and they were so accommodating! They helped me troubleshoot the issue and were happy to change things up to repaint areas they had already done. Again, they have the patience of saints, and I’m grateful!We also ended up having extra work for them with patching our ceiling after installing recessed lighting. This lack of knowledge and eagerness to trust unfortunately caused me to go through FOUR separate contractors and essentially waste thousands of dollars on unprofessional, substandard service. I was casually referred to Memorial Pro by a family friend on a whim! All I have to say is thank goodness they did! From beginning to end Elmer and his crew were customer centered, professional, efficient, and THOROUGH! I literally don’t have one negative thing to say about them! While their prices were not the cheapest, they were fair and they offered me cost neutral breaks when possible. They did a fabulous job retexturing and painting the interior and exterior of my home.
